This is a compact FPLC system for purification of proteins. The user-friendly software facilitates optimizing purification tasks and is ideally suited for process development of antibodies for process development laboratories.

CUBE HPLC

The Contichrom HPLC system differs from conventional HPLC systems by providing a significant yield improvement for any purification challenge without compromising target purity. It provides up to 90% higher yield at any given target purity, reduces solvent consumption by 75% and enhances productivity up to 10-fold. This is achieved by using proprietary cyclic processes and dynamic process control.

DISCOVERY

The Contichrom Discovery is a FPLC system offering an expandable library of single-column batch and automated multi-step batch purification protocols for antibodies and tagged proteins. A set of pre-packed columns is provided with the system for fast implementation of purification protocols. The system is highly automated and optimized for ease of use, requiring only minimal user input.
  • Batch Wizard provides easy design and operation of all purification steps with isocratic and gradient modes typically operated by standard FPLC systems
  • Discovery Wizard provides a library of pre-defined automated 1-, 2- and 3-step purification recipes that can be executed without any re-plumbing of capillaries
  • The system avoids eluate storage in loops before further processing, providing a seamless integration of different purification steps with an in-line dilution function
  • Customized single or multi-step processes can easily be set-up in addition to pre-existing protocols, thereby expanding the protocol library
  • Optional accessory: cooling chamber, autosampler
The Contichrom Discovery can be upgraded to a high-throughput (HT) FPLC system with additional autosampler, allowing for unattended purification of up to 140 samples per week. This is an indispensable system for the laboratory working on antibody discovery and development.
