The Expression Media Optimization Kit™, enables researchers to determine the best media formulation that yields the highest amount of target protein. Since the production of a given recombinant protein can vary significantly depending on the type of medium employed, the EMSK™ provides sterile liquid aliquots of fifteen expression broths, including eleven proprietary formulations, as well as Animal Product Free(APF) versions of Miller and Lennox. The ready-to-use liquid kit contain 15 mL of each medium. Store 25°C.
